My Name Is Richard Blacklock aka RB Lifestyle And Fitness and I am on a mission to empower as many people as I possibly can to transform their lives for the better.

I have worked in and around the Fitness Industry for over 10 years and as a 45 year old man with a young family my main aim is to stay fit and healthy to share life experiences with them.

I’m extremely passionate about helping people improve their lifestyles and wellbeing without having to live a restrictive life and will educate you how to maintain a balanced diet meaning you can still enjoy some “fun” foods whilst focusing on your goals whether they are Fat Loss, Increasing Strength, Body Composition or just General Fitness I will provide you with the programme, nutrition guidelines and inspiration to realize your goals whilst dispelling lots of Fitness Industry Myths as Bull Shit.

I’ve changed my body as a 40+ year old man with all the same challenges that YOU have in your day to day life and have also helped numerous clients achieve the health, body and confidence they desire without starving themselves and I believe I can help you too!

  • 1-2-1 Training

    We can train 1-2-1 using the fantastic facilities at Energie Fitness Southend, 3-5 High St, Southend On Sea, SS1 1JE – https://www.energiefitness.com/southend but if the gym isn’t for you then from Spring 2020 I will be offering some outdoor sessions at Chalkwell Park, Leigh on Sea.
  • Small Group Training

    Small Group Personal Training has been growing in popularity over the last few years, and for good reason as it offers similar if not better results than 1-2-1 Personal Training but at a fraction of the cost. Being affordable is not the only benefit of small group personal training as there are some specific aspects of training that can make it way more effective than your usual session.
  • Online Training

    I offer a full package for clients who are either based out of the area I am located in or who cannot financially reach the 1-2-1 packages and this service can massively benefit you. You will still receive your Programming, Nutritional Guidelines and Support and will still check in as a 1-2-1 client does alongside having access to me through WhatsApp for any day to day issues or advice and you can ask any questions you like through the process.
  • Hybrid Training

    With the rise of Online Coaching has come the Hybrid Model which is a fantastic way of combining both 1-2-1 Personal Training and Online Coaching which also empowers you the client to take ownership and charge of your own fitness journey as you will have one session per week with your coach but also train away from me and do some independent workouts designed for you.
