Siena Boutique Topsham opened in 2005 by Penelope Carnell. Having had a life long love of fashion and a unique talent for styling Penelope sourced a Scandi based collection of brands that fifteen years later continue to please her loyal customer base.

The boutique has a friendly and informal atmosphere, with items for everyday dressing to more flamboyant styles. We have weekly deliveries of new stock and can order in sizes on request. Penny and her team are committed to ensuring that you buy only what you will love, that makes you feel special and will work for you and your wardrobe.
